More About Out to Lead
How will the programme run?
Out to Lead is a guided interactive leadership development programme designed to support new and aspiring Rainbow-identifying leaders to lead authentically and with pride.
The programme can be delivered in-person or online. We do not offer a hybrid learning option, as we find that the sessions are most inclusive when everyone is participating in the same way.
Out to Lead includes seven 90-minute facilitated group learning sessions followed by two one-hour, one-to-one coaching sessions with facilitator and professional coach, Martine Hartley-Parsons.
Workshop times for the next cohort are:
