Programme Overview
Out to Lead is a small cohort-based programme. Our cohorts are between 6-12 Rainbow-identifying people. It consists of seven group workshops, delivered weekly, and two individual coaching sessions.
Out to Lead workshops can be delivered in-house or online.

Programme Format
Out to Lead is a blended interactive leadership development programme designed to support new and aspiring Rainbow-identifying leaders to lead authentically and with pride. The programme can be delivered in-person or online. We do not offer a hybrid learning option, as we find that the sessions are most inclusive when everyone is participating in the same way. Out to Lead includes seven 90-minute facilitated group learning sessions followed by two one-hour, one-to-one coaching sessions with facilitator and professional coach, Martine Hartley-Parsons.
Pricing Options
We offer two pricing options. A Corporate rate and a Not-for-Profit (NFP)/Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) rate. We are committed to supporting Rainbow Communities reach their potential. If pricing is a barrier to your participation, talk to us about a pricing option that may work for you. Corporate rate - $1975.00 +GST NFP/NGO - $1475.00 +GST
Timeline for the Next Out to Lead Cohort:
Workshop times for the next cohort are: 7 x consecutive, weekly facilitated group sessions (90 mins each) ​2 x individual coaching sessions (times and dates to be agreed between coach and participant)
